Ira Brody, a highly knowledgeable and well-qualified professional, received Juris Doctorate in June 1993, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in New York. Prior to this, In May 1991, he obtained his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, from Kogod College of Business Administration, The American University in Washington, DC. He also attended the Murphy Institute of Political Economy, Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy with an emphasis in Law & Society, in May 1989. Apart from this, he also graduated with a specialization in Mathematics and Science from Stuyvesant High School in New York.
Since January 2009,
Ira Brody has been associated with Broad Park Capital, LLC, as its Partner & Managing Partner, whereby, he manages the routine operations and finances. This firm is known for using institutional solutions to complex financial situations. Apart from this, he worked as the Publisher of Brody Communications, which is a community based weekly newspaper chain that covers 10 communities in Southern Westchester County, from January 1997 to June 2002. From March 1993 to March 1994, he was the Deputy Director of New Yorkers For Term Limits, Inc. Here, he worked with attorneys in conforming petitions in New York City's first voter initiated referendum in 25 years. He also assisted legal defense in challenge to the constitutionality of term limits and also formulated a network system with more than three million records, while overseeing a staff of 15.
In addition to this,
Ira Brody served as a Coordinator at Victory93, from August 1993 to November 1993. At Victory93, he led to the development of a computer database for handling over 1,500 poll watchers and 11,000 election inspectors for ballot security program and also oversaw and directed troubleshooting network on Election Day. Furthermore, Brody was also on the board of Rutherford LEAP. This program focuses on providing laptop computers to the 7th graders of Rutherford County. Besides, he was also a delegate to the 2008 National Republican Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota. Whenever he gets some free time, he enjoys several sports and also involves himself in social welfare activities. Ira regularly contributes to several charitable causes like MY Sisters Place, Rutherford Leap.
