Faru Corporation is looking for strategic relations to form joint venture or possible invite shareholder with proven Axapta Dynamics AX experience and practice managing skills. We are looking for project manager here in the United States as well as programming team in India, Russia or Philippines. Since 2003 we had established successful Corporate ERP consulting company Alba Spectrum where we are getting customization, reporting, integration projects on Dynamics GP platform. In 2010 Andrew Karasev, founder of the Alba Spectrum brand and Corporation decided to repeat success with AX business line. We would like to share with you some of the business principles:

1.No office, work and support customers from your home computer via web session and phone conference. This principle proved itself through these seven years. If you are X++ programmer residing in India, Philippines or Russia enjoy comfortable environment, coffee in your own coffeemaker and combine it with hard work of MorphX coding. You should have bank account ready for wire transfers. We do not have offices in foreign countries and we always advice our contractors to consult local tax authorities to arrange payroll tax withdrawals. 2.Help with Sales Engineering. The majority of our Microsoft Dynamics customers are in the United States. This fact may mean that you need to work evening and even night hours, especially if you are residing in Manila or India. We do Sales presentations via web sessions, such as Gotomeeting and you should have Skype installed on your computer with reliable headset. We should be able to get you on Skype and connect to the web session/phone conference free of charge. You should have reliable internet connection for your computer

3.Expected Proficiency, Expertise and Certification. Our projects are typically originated from failed customizations, data migrations and conversions from original Reseller. We expect you to be professional and even evangelist in such technologies as MorphX X++, SQL Server, Excel Import tool to Axapta, SSRS, SSIS, Web Services, Microsoft Visual Studio C# and VB. Good spoken and written English is required, Spanish is a plus
