Investing Your Time And Energy In Trying To Drag Others Down Would Only Weaken You Further!

A wise person said there are two kinds of people; first those whod go all out to achieve success and attain their desired goals by means of hard work and dedication while the other kind includes all those who are always there to drag others down without thinking that by doing so they are not going up anyway. Among the first kinds I would surely like to put one name that comes to mind and thats of Paritosh Agarwal. I know him personally and have worked with him for years. The man is a living example of perseverance and devotion towards his profession and the company he is employed with.

Being an indispensable part of SynapseIndia, Paritosh Agarwal has been known for his dedication towards ensuring that all his deeds are in the best interests of the organization. In the latter kind of people, discussed above, I would surely put all those miscreants who couldnt perform well within the organization and have been venting their grudges by posting fake SynapseIndia Complaints.

For a prominent business such as SynapseIndia, complaints though cant wash out the great reputation the company enjoys in the global marketplace, but it certainly hurts those whove been deeply involved with the organization. And for any one be it Paritosh Agarwal or me or just anyone whos been a part of the organization and has grown with it these complaints are though meaningless but actually hurt somewhere inside the heart.

While all these complaints have nothing to do with the reality, any sensible person would condemn the authors of such useless complaints. Also, its a proven fact that the persons involved in such practices one day end up killing their own growth prospects. The reason for what I just said is simple and its that when you are investing all your energy and resources in letting others down, you would hardly get enough time for anything that would actually help you grow in your professional as well as personal life. Indulging in such malpractices leads you nowhere, trust me, nowhere! While all these phony complaints could do no harm to the business or the persons who all have been accused of things they never did, these complaints have obviously shown the immoral side of their authors.
