Investing Scams Or Frauds

Money is the driving force today. If you have money, everyone will listen to you; if you don't, no one bothers to ask or talk with you. So in this world where money has become such an important thing; last thing you want is someone cheats you with your money. Even when we decide to invest our money we actually see whether our money will be safe & will it generate any returns. Before investing in some scheme read the offer documents carefully. If you don't, it's your fault but you will blame the company. The company gets negative publicity for the fault of yours. One should also investigate about the scheme, understand it & if convinced invest in it.

You just can't argue about the company about doing unethical things, just because you have not understood or not read the terms & conditions. When I researched a bit, I came across a similar incident. A prospective customer was interested in investing in Pancard Club membership Investment plan. The scheme was investing the money and enjoying holidays at the company's hotels or resorts. He found this interesting and later invested in the scheme. After a while, the same customer accused Pancard Clubs, of cheating & fraud. Reason being he needed more holidays in a month which was against the terms & conditions. In the terms & conditions, it was mentioned the customer couldn't avail more than 3 holidays in a month. Now, if he had read the documents carefully, he wouldn't have invested in the scheme. He even went further claiming this investment scheme as scams. Here for the company it was negative publicity for the fault not of the company's. Am not sure about the other things, but one cannot term anyone as fraud before acquiring every knowledge about the product. If the company wouldn't have mentioned this in the terms & conditions one can term a company as fraud or cheats. Every company includes some or the other points in the terms & conditions which will be favoring the company. It doesn't mean company is cheating you. It is because of your ignorance you have faced this. Henceforth, it would be better if you read & understand the offer documents properly before investing. If it doesn't appear as you wished it's your fault. If it doesn't appear as mentioned in the documents you can take action against the company.
