Many people choose to do an Internet business based on affiliate products. Affiliate merchants will have you believe that promoting the replicated website is an easy way to make money.

The fact is you can make money selling affiliate products this way. However an easier way is to develop your own website or blog and promote it.

One of the most successful proven online marketing strategies is to build your own email opt in list. To do this you need a landing page and an autoresponder for future follow up.

Promoting affiliate replicated websites is not the way to do this. Once you begin to build a large email list of your own making money becomes easier as well.

To summarize there are a number of facts relating to having an Internet based business. You certainly can make money if you learn how to do Internet marketing the right way.
