So, the first step is to check the company out. Never trust a website that does not provide easy phone contact details. Also enquire to the full name of the persons you deal with before asking for any documents, for obvious reasons, to ensure they match. Though you may not be able to read the language, you will be able to see the similariies in the letters of the name by using an online translator in reverse, by typing the name you are told and transating it. Photos are also important, but they must be matched with photo i.d. You could ask the lady if she would send you a photo with her holding a piece of paper with your name on - that is pretty watertight - it may sound extreme but steps must be taken if you have not verified the agency identification first.
