You need to have sufficient amount of knowledge if you want to apply for the system administrators job. You need to have a degree of at least two years in the department of BS (CS). BS (CS) stands for bachelors in computer sciences. You also need to have sufficient amount of knowledge relating to windows server.
Well as it is a universally known fact and a truth that the more you know about something the more you have power and command over it. If you have a good command over mathematics then most defiantly you will have better understanding about formulas and theorems. Similarly if you have more command over system administration then you will defiantly have more authority and higher level of post then the people you are working with. You will be able to clear out all the minor errors in the network and you will be able to negotiate employment contracts and consulting contracts with more power and ease.
What the main Purpose of a system administrator is to diagnose the bugs and errors that the system might be facing and be able to rectify those errors and bugs in a timely fashion. A system administrator should be very highly educated and trained in many different web programming languages like PHP / MYSQL and many other languages in order to easily
solve the problems of the system. Security is another one of very core components of being a system administrator. You should be able to protect the secured data of your computer because many people try to attack your computer from the outside when you are a system administrator. This Job will require you to develop patches for softwares that will modify these softwares and their usages. This way the security is never breached.
You cannot access the administrators account which is build-in in windows XP or any other windows operating system that are being released latest. You have to log on to safe mode to gain access to the windows administrators account. With windows administrators account access you can basically do anything to the network. You can set different security privileges and you can take away security privileges from people. You
can add accounts and you can also delete accounts. There is a special facility available in windows XP to log into the administrators account. If you press CTRL + ALT + DEL twice on the welcome screen you can type Administrator there and type in the password and log on to windows administrators account.
