Famous North India Attractions: India is a South Asian republic and subcontinent. The complete nation is divided into four big regions, North India, Southern India, Eastern India, and Western India. However, you will find almost major tourist attractions in Northern India. From the quite well-known North Indian tourist place is the Taj Mahal. The famous Mogul Emperor, Shah Jahan, created this unique piece with great skill and artistic talent. The Taj Mahal was built in 1649 as a tribute to his better half.

Other north Indian tourist attractions include (but are not limited to): Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, Golden Temple, Jaisalmer Fort, Jama Masjid, Hawa Mahal, and the Himalayan mountain range. North India is even home to a number of scenic hill stations like Himachal Pradesh and Uttaranchal. All these tourists attractions mentioned above indeed offer tranquility, peace, glorious and awe-inspiring sceneries .

Famous South India Attractions: you will find numerous torusits attractions in South India too. They include the Rock Fort Temple, Kerala Backwaters, Golconda Fort, Ooty, Char Minar, and much more that as well contain wide-spread hill stations in Kerala. Western India is even home to popular beaches. The state of Goa, although it is the smallest state, contains famous beaches such as Anjuna Beach, Baga Beach, and much more.

Famous East India Attractions: Kolkatta, the ancient city of India is situated in the Eastern part. Located within the city are the Victoria Memorial, Nandan, National Liberty, Maidan, For William, Race Course, Eden Gardens, Alipur Zoo, Botanical Garden, and a lot more.

Famous Indian Fairs and Festivals: A visit to India is not complete without an Indian fair or festival experience. The Indian people take great pride in their festivals and consider them as an occasion. Some of the well-celebrated festivals if India are Diwali, Christmas, Holi, Eid, Easter, and Raksha Bandhan. In addition to the several festivals, Indian fairs like Pushkar Fair, Nagaur Fair, Beneshwar Fair, and Mata Fair are essential for all tourists\visitors.
