India - Sustainable Faith, Impatient Glory

By:

What earns us, Indians, a respect, eye and fame from these ever-developing western nations, is culture. One aspect of our putatively pious culture, is our unbound faith. Faith is good, but faith alone is not good enough. And although, patently rich culture and respectful traditions is our face to the world, somehow the slow fade out of its shiny marks on our nation, is certainly evident. The smarter generations are willing to walk over these subjects and matters, with an eye on their blooming tomorrow.

Our excessive faith, nonetheless, is the prime reason and probably only reason, to our sorry national conditions. The problems we face, the issues we tackle and the notions we carry, are certainly pulling us back and away from the national bloom. Let alone, the political, criminal, financial and vandalism issues, but even our religious truths are stabbing our steps to glory. And although, there are always people who are more accountable than others for these futile blessings of our culture, our sincere negligence, is the true catalyst.

However, with time we shall heal. And with time, we certainly are. Every growing generation is positively reflecting this fact, with their bright strides in the global scene. The equilibrium is around, between the fading faith and frozen glory. People are smartly exchanging, their rich culture for a rather proud future. The point is, people are breaking a chain, apparently the same chain which has always locked us down in this world of globalization.

Faith exists, it shall continue to do. But while it does, our greed to glorify will now always bite it down. The faith today is sustainable, while glory seems impatient. Good or bad, the greed shall certainly outplay faith, with time. The day is around, when people will cease to freak out on every aged religious matter, like they did with the recent 'Ayodhya' event. Blaming our limping national growth on the government is certainly an easy option, but again the truth remains, if you are looking for the guilty, you only need to look in to a mirror.
