Import License for China Sourcing

Persons intending to enter into China sourcing must obtain importing licenses from appropriate agencies by meeting the requirements. This doesn’t mean that U.S. Customs Service requires China sourcing party to have a license but other agencies may, depending on what is being sourced.

For China sourcing, the license or the End User Certificate may be availed for multiples uses and multiple items. A multiple China sourcing license is permitted provided you certify that the total of individual items for which licenses are sought don’t cross the total permitted by above certificate.
