If You're On A Diet, You Could Be Dying To Eat.

About the worst thing you can do to yourself is playing God with your metabolism. That is the one area of the body that controls the balance of life inside your body. It’s almost like your metabolism is equivalent to the ecosystem in which living things on earth survive. And you wouldn’t want to mess with Mother Nature, would you?
You have to understand that there are tens of thousands of products being sold annually in this country, and the big guys at the top of these companies have not scruples or morals by which they live by, let alone governed through any regulatory system. So they have almost been given free-reign to capitalize on you and me every time we buy into another one of their amazing new discoveries.
I don’t know about you, but I love to eat, and eat well, might I add… I will say that over the years I have had to watch what quantities I set myself up for, and adapt to changing some brands I use to enjoy consuming, because of the whole trans-fat movement. So I set myself up on a plan that has allowed me to eat ninety-eight percent of what I want to eat on any given day, and in reasonable quantities, where I don’t feel like I am starving myself to death. I have never been one that bought into the concept of not eating to lose weight. Or have a shake for lunch and that’s it kind of a meal plan…
Let’s go back to your metabolism for a few minutes and make sure you understand how important it is to stop thinking you can control this area of your body. You see if you alter its current settings in any way, you are risking the chance that you may not be able to lose weight in the future. If you slow down your metabolism each time you get yourself on a new diet plan, you risk the consequences for reaching your desired lean mass goals. Any minor or major adjustments made to your metabolism results in a counter active balance that your metabolism takes to adjust for the calories increase or decrease. And you thought you were in control, RIGHT???
With more than fifty percent of the population overweight today, it’s easy to see that the current methods of weight loss are nothing more then hype, bandages, pills and potions being dispensed by the bazillions… Come on people WAKE UP!!! The real root of the problems to fat loss and obesity are deeper then you can even imagine. It literally comes down to a philological issue, and that never gets treated, just overlooked and avoided.
It’s has taken expert minds to formulate solutions to this disease, and the idiots that keep preying on the masses, profiting on good folks with great intentions; it’s a treadmill that people seem to never want to get off. It’s time to grab hold of the ropes for you and take matters seriously. Remember this; live to eat don’t eat to live.
