The truth about weight loss is that it's 80% mental effort and 20% physical. No way I hear you say! Yes way. Let me tell you why. We all know that too many sweets, chocolates, cakes and fatty foods are bad for our health. We also know exercise is good for us, yet knowing this does not make us any healthier. Why? Are we forced to buy unhealthy foods? No. Are we physically restrained such that we cannot exercise? No. The truth is often, our perception of a healthy lifestyle can occur as uncomfortable or even painful for us.

Who prefers to eat a a cabbage than sugary foods? Who prefers to drink water instead of cola? Who looks forward to finishing work and then going to the gym? The answer is not many people. We often associate healthy living with pain or discomfort. Why? The reason is that leading a healthy lifestyle requires effort and discipline. We have to choose foods that are healthy over unhealthy ones and we have to choose to exercise over sitting on the sofa watching TV. This can often seem too much effort, and the more we diet and the more we exercise, the more the pain we associate with being healthy.

What is the answer? Hypnosis. Hypnosis allows you to reprogram your subconscious mind so that old bad habits can be replaced with new, beneficial ones. This allows you to be able to actually enjoy eating fruits and vegetables just as much as any other food. It also allows you to be able to not feel the cravings for fatty or sugary foods and if you choose to exercise, it can be a pleasure, not a burden. Sounds too good to be true right?
