Yet, the negative aspect of using human hair is not pleasant to think about.
Bakery items sometimes contain real hair which arrives in the physical form of L-Cysteine, an amino acid.

Using L-Cysteine in bakery factories as an alternative to natural reducing agents, you can find that L-Cysteine has been used in pita bread, bagels, cake donuts (dunking donutetc), some cracker brands and also Melba toast.

In late 2003, "Hongshuai Soy Sauce" arrived on shelves in Chinese stores as an alternative and cheaper soy sauce.
