The new HTC 7 Surround is the latest phone to come in the HTC stable featuring the also recently launched Windows Phone 7 operating system. There is also the HD video recording option. The phone is being powered by a powerful 1 GHZ Snapdragon processor, which is supplement by the 448 MB of RAM.
