- most people who have stress tend to have a lot of work

- delegate your work
- recommend you to read four-hour workweek
- start not-to-do list
- don't do anything on the list
- focus on the real issues of your life

If there's one thing I want people to do when they are always stressed is to cut back how much work they've done. Why? Because it will gives you more time for yourself doing things you truly enjoy.

In this article, I try to explain few ways you can use to cut the amount of work you do everyday.

1. Delegate your work
Ask people to help you. It is as simple as that. If you do everything all on your own, you probably will do more than what you can and ultimately stress you physically and mentally.

2. Read Four-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferris
Now, this is probably the easiest task I want you to do. Read this book, devour everything you can find in it and apply it. This book was a phenomenal success because it was build on the promise of freedom (if you don't know what I'm talking about, talk to your friend who worked as a copywriter). In this book, you will discover why you should work less and how to achieve it.

3. Start creating your not-to-do list
Most people have their to-do list but today, I'm going to recommend you to do something contrary, start your not-to-do list. Why? This allows you to focus on what you need to do to achieve your goals instead of spreading yourself too thin. Remember; don't do anything you listed on it!

Now with that list in your life, you will be able to focus on the real deal, the real issue of your life.

So, that's 3 things I want you to do today to cope with stress. Instead of giving you another set of instructions specifically on stress, I am giving you a set of tips that I believe can actually help you to ease your stress without much difficulty.
