This can save time and allow a client to hear the information they need to hear first, and then ask questions and make informed choices from there. This can save both parties time and money.

Even if you do not distribute a visual beforehand, using them can enhance your presentation and provide a more visually pleasing experience. It can get quite boring to hear someone lecture on in a conference room, but a video or colorful visual can really make things more lively for everyone involved.

Using a visual is a great way to capture the attention of your audience, disseminate information ahead of time and enhance your presentation. The last thing you want to do is to simply talk at people for however long your meeting is scheduled to last. Allow for some creativity and get others engaged and asking questions.
