You still love her. You don't want to admit it, but the truth is, you still do. The more that you try and deny that those feelings are there, that harder it becomes for you to think of anything else. Let go of that feeling of attachment to your ex girlfriend, as hard as it might seem, and the pressure will start to ease up and subside. And you need to feel as little pressure as you can if you want to make it happen.

2. You need to be able to make your ex girlfriend want to have you back.

If she is constantly pulling away from you, and you end up being the one that keeps on trying to bring her back so that you can be in a relationship again, you are pretty much doomed to fail. You need to be able to make her want the same thing, so that she STOPS pulling away from you.
