There are a couple of ways to get around the block that your highschool, College, or college has put on these sites. Here is how to unblock Myspace.

First, there is a extremely simple way and it will depend upon how your college's privacy settings are set up. If they set up the settings with web Explorer, then there's a good chance that they will not affect you if you use different web browser. You can use Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or another Internet browser and you could be able to access Myspace, Facebook, Hi5, and plenty of other sites that were blocked when you used net explorer.

This is the easiest way to unblock myspace, so try it first. When this doesn't work, then you know your personal computer people are good and they have blocked it whichever browser you use. There's an alternate way, though.

Second, you may use what is referred to as a intermediary web server. This is essentially a site that is set up to act like the face for your browsing. When you go to a domain through a proxy web server you are essentially not using your college's servers so you won't be blocked from viewing a site the school has blocked. This is the best way to find a way around the block and use Myspace and other sites in class.

You'll have to sign up and most proxy web servers are free, but some will charge a tiny fee. Then, you can simply access their default page and type in the site you would like to go to, like myspace.com.
