Do not rub because friction will only irritate your skin. Make sure no to over - wash as well. On the other hand, if you perspire a lot, make sure that you bathe to remove dirt and bacteria. Perspiration and sweat can also clog the pores of your skin and this can lead to acne.

Second, you have to exfoliate regularly. This will help to remove dead skin cells.

Third, apply antibacterial cream or gel like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Allow it to dry. Make sure that it will not touch any part of your clothing because these drugs can cause bleaching of fabrics.

Certainly, there are many ways on how to prevent acne. One of the best prevention of acne is to practice good hygiene. Practice hand washing to remove bacteria and dirt and also to prevent transfer of microorganisms. Eating a well balance diet with plenty of fruits and vegetable to maintain a healthy, beautiful skin is another way.
