Stress is usually triggered by events that occurs in our daily lives and the way we react to those situations. The reason why we as humans develop stress is for the simple reason that our body is busy getting us ready and preparing us for a difficult situation we are going to face and it gets us to focus, build our strength, endurance and increased vigilance.
