How To Sponsor Mlm Reps In Less Than 1 Hour Per Day

Sponsoring a person, or even 2 or 3, into your business does not take an entire day. In fact, you could probably do it in less than an hours worth of your time.

But how? When somebody calls, Im on the phone, selling my business, for an hour! They have tons of questions!

First off, youre doing something wrong. Actually a couple of things.

Lets think about what youre actually selling here.

Ive always been an adamant believer that you can do well in almost any network marketing company if you know how to sponsor. Its just that you can make a bit more in some than others, and the big difference is if you like the product and feel good about selling it.

So if thats the case, why should I try to sell my business? The business theyre already in could be making them money anyway!

When youre on the phone with somebody, youre not actually selling your business. Youre selling a way to promote your business. You are showing the person on the phone how they can promote your business. Thats the difference maker between your company and any other; they are seeing a duplicatable way to build the business and they will be confident they can do it themselves.

This could be a conversation you have on the phone:

Ok John, heres the deal. Remember over the past few days what Ive done with you to show you my business? Remember the other day how we talked on the phone for 2 minutes and I invited you to that presentation? Then how I called you today and just asked a few questions and listened to what you had to say? Do you think you could do that? I can tell you thats all you have to do to build this business, John.

Wow! Its that easy! John will be blown away by how easy it is to build the business. Hes actually been learning from you the whole time the way you build your business and hell see that its completely duplicatable. Hell believe he can do it, too. And since youre the one who showed him how to do it, and how to do it with your business, hell be more eager to join.

Just remember these few pointers:

Dont answer every single question because then theyll think theyll have to know everything and explain it to their prospects if they join.

Dont spend 45 minutes on the phone with them, because maybe theyll think they have to do that with prospects and they might not want to.

Dont Dont Dont DONT get hung up on a single prospect. It will drive you nuts, plus youll sound needy. Needy people dont ever sponsor people. One person will not make or break your business, I guarantee that.

Thats all you really have to do to sponsor people into your primary business. You can work this process with several people at once and not take more than an hour a day!
