Coupe Mount Kenya recipe have always been one of my favorite fruit Recipe. And to me the juicier the better. As a kid, I loved Coupe Mount Kenya recipe from my grandparents trees even though my mother hated them dripping down my arms and off my elbows! Coupe Mount Kenya recipe is a highly nutritious and delicious food that is a basic staple of Kenyan cuisine. Making Coupe Mount Kenya recipe is a process that dates back thousands of years, and many variations exist both within regions of East Africa and around Kenya in particular. Making a Coupe Mount Kenya recipe is really simple. The ingredients are readily available in the market and there are also various recipes that may be followed. INGREDIENTS TO MAKE COUPE MOUNT KENYA

"4 to 5 ripe mangos

"1 cup heavy cream

" cup Sugar

"2 tablespoon lemon peel cut in tiny ribbons

" cup condensed milk

" teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS TO MAKE COUPE MOUNT KENYA

1. Peel, pit and mash the mangos. You should end up with about 2 cups.

2. Whip the heavy cream with the Sugar until stiff.

3. In a 2-quart bowl combine the 2 cups of mashed mangos, the lemon peel ribbons, condensed milk and salt.

4. Fold in the whipped cream.

5. Pour into freezer trays or a 6-cup mold and freeze.
Who said that you don"t how to cook? Having been born from a family of many girls, I was not supposed to cook when all my sisters are present but when I joined work and start to live on my own, that"s when cooking lessons became a reality.
