How To Overcome The Inconsistencies In Your Golf Swing

The golf swing is often a complicated thing but it doesn't have to be. Once you get your swing consistent you will elevate your game tremendously. Work your forearms together and keep them as close to one another as much as possible all the way through the impact zone.

The golf swing is the one thing that you should practice more than anything else. Many people have a tendency of letting their left knee collapse onto the right knee when they are in their back swing. By doing this, it will make the shoulder drop and then forces your hips to overturn and sway. Try to imagine your left knee actually going towards the target during your back swing. Now you will feel tension in both of your knees as well as stability. Just imagine that you have something like a ball keeping your knees apart.

When you are in your back swing, try to imagine your hand with the palm facing sideways and your thumb pointing towards the sky. If you keep this in mind, the start of your swing will always be correct. Also keep in mind that you need to have rhythm in your swing with power and acceleration but do not swing too quickly. The best way to make sure that your rhythm is even and steady; try to make a slight pause when you are at the top of your back swing before you begin your downswing.
