One of the main focus of your online customer service should be to exceed the expectations of your customers. There will be times when things don't go very well and the customers may not be happy about some aspect of the product or even the customer service you're providing. We feel the same way about it because when it takes long to get a reply, then we are not very impressed with that company. Always strive to beat your own standards, and when you do that you will impress people.

We do not know the real reason why people are less tolerant and more rude than they definitely seem to be. You can actually disarm someone by simply being well-mannered and well-spoken with them. The goal of your customer service staff is to make the customer happy, and actually that is not hard to do. The standards of courtesy are very easy to follow, and they take little effort - most of the time.
