Most of the time when a couple breaks up, it's the woman that initiates the ending of the relationship. And because of this, most guys assume that they just have to cut their losses and move on. However, a breakup does not have to be the end of it all, because there are some techniques that you can use to win her back and make her regret that she ever even thought about breaking up with you.

Here are some tips on how to get her back that should help you rekindle things with your ex:

1. Before you do anything, you need to get your mindset correct.

Try to get her back with the wrong mindset, and no technique that you use is going to work. When dealing with a breakup, it's easy to end up getting your ego crushed and feeling a little insecure. You need to get your confidence up and make sure that you don't let it phase you. Your girlfriend will be able to tell if you are feeling insecure, and you can bet that she will take advantage of that.

2. Now, you need to come back into her life the right way.

If you come back into her life and immediately tell her that what you really want to do is to get her back, then she is more than likely going to avoid you and that will be the end of your opportunity. Instead, you need to be a little subtle and make it seem like you really do just want to hang out as friends. That way, you get to kind of float underneath her radar.

3. You have to get her back by using techniques that build up her attraction for you again.

Most guys mess up because they assume that she must still be attracted to them and they ignore the reality that they have to build it back up. Obviously it is not where it needs to be if she decided to break up with you, and your main focus should be on building it up and making her want you back.
