How To Lose Weight Fast! Like 20 Lbs In 3 Weeks

It seems absurd and completely illogical. Think of being able to lose 20 pounds. even faster than say 3 or 5 pounds. It just does not make sense, but it happens to people every day and it happened to me.

In October of last year I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis in my foot. The pain was so bad I could barely walk. It looked like a Boeing 747 ran on my left foot because it was so swollen. As a result, I was unable to perform, so in December, I had gained about 30 pounds. I was up to 228 lbs. and 32% body fat - I hit the "obese" level.
