On the flip side, it's also advisable that you eat your last meal in the early evening, say around 6-7pm. This will give your body enough time to break down that food and not store it.



7) Stay away from Fast Foods. Most of the food sold at fast food outlets are high in fat and are packed with weight gaining calories. Its important to keep away from these outlets and instead prepare healthy nutritious meals at home.
