There are plenty of ways you can add some physical activity to your daily routine. Dancing is a very good activity that will give you a great workout.

Walk to work or the store, take the stairs instead of the elevator, and try to do your housework at a faster pace. All of these things will help you lose weight without having to make any major changes in the things that you do.
