How To Live A Disease Free Life

Why do we get sick?
We get sick when we have internal poison in our body which causes our cells to tear down and not be able to repair themselves as fast, causing our body to wear down. We become susceptible to diseases and our bodies become weak when poisons spread in our body. Our bodies are weakened and our cells are destroyed because of in-toxicity, taking in poisons like alcohol and smoking, eating junk food that creates waste which is difficult to eliminate, destructive thinking and mindset, negative thoughts, chemical poisoning like household cleaners and chemicals etc.

When we eat junk food, and food that creates waste that is difficult to eliminate through our pores and through the elimination process, our bodies get into problems and it creates toxicity in our body. Our dietary patterns, stress and junk food cause our bodies to be prone to the inability to digest food and eliminate it properly. This can cause arterial plaque and kidney stones.

Andrew Weil M.D. has written a book called Health and Healing in which he states, If we have poor coping skills, deficient social support, and high stress, then the internal balance of our bodies may be easily upset and our resistance lowered. Illness or disease, then, occurs more from our vulnerability than from external agents that are the cause of our health problems. The more vulnerable we are, the more risk we run of getting sick.

Theory of Germs
Louis Pasteur discovered germs and gave the theory that germs cause infection which are present in the environment, attaching to our body and making us powerless in stopping in the infectious diseases that they cause. This theory clearly indicates that it is the cause of disease and not the source which is the actual area to target to prevent illnesses.

Our bodies can be healthy if we can understand what makes us sick. However, if we do not evaluate the source of the illness then we shall not be able to prevent illnesses in the first place. Our lifestyle is what prevents or causes diseases and any changes made to our lifestyle can help in preventing diseases. A water ionizer can help in this case tremendously as it helps provide oxygen to our cells, improve alkalinity in our body and help fight diseases as well. cells again start living in a healthy environment and acidity is washed out from our body causing the acidic environment in our body to reduce and be conducive to good health and well being. Diseases develop when our body is acidic in nature and that only happens when we are not taking good food and not drinking alkaline water which causes diseases and illnesses. On the other hand, our cells become healthy when we drink ionized water as it has antioxidant properties and helps fight diseases by hydrating our cells and providing them with more oxygen.

It is quite important that we eat alkaline foods like fruits and vegetables and reduce the amount of acidic foods from our diet. Alkaline water is an added bonus as it helps prevent illnesses as well. the water ionizer is a good investment as it helps water to be ionized and creates the antioxidant properties in the water that helps wash out all the contaminants from our body and make our body more alkaline in nature. Water which is ionized neutralizes all the acid in our blood and in our body and restore it to a healthy, more alkaline state.
