If you are one of the perpetually thin your life, you have to wonder why so many people can gain weight easily when it is so difficult to do so. On the one hand, they are desperately trying to gain weight, while on the other hand, many people want to lose ..

Of course I understand that to save weight healthily, you need to consume more calories good as what your body uses energy while taking the weight lifting to gain muscle mass. However, this will mean a great effort on your part and yet, progress is slow. You want to gain weight as quickly and as easily as possible. If the methods are healthy or not is at the top of your mind.

So with that being the case, here are some simple ways you can gain weight by increasing body fat. I am not advocating this method that the methods can be very unhealthy.

* Lack of sleep - sleep deprivation in which to increase pressure on the body forcing your body to produce hormones more fat storage, such as cortisol. In addition, more will keep you awake, you will have more time to eat more food as dinner at night.

* Home Snacks - Visit your local supermarket and buy boxes and boxes of his favorite snacks. Snacks factory processed are generally high in fat, sugar and sodium. Sugar and fats increase your level of body fat and sodium can cause water retention so swollen and become heavier. In addition, these snacks often contain chemicals and preservatives, which also can increase body fat as well.
