How to get the PERFECT SMOKEY EYES IN MINUTES!

Here is a quick step by step guide to get the perfect smokey eye in minutes, using only 4 products. Stila Smudge Stick pencil is very creamy, easy to use on the eyes, has a very soft texture and won't pull the eye. It's also waterproof and won't smudge. Next you will need a smudge brush, black eye shadow and your favorite mascara. Those items should be in every woman's makeup bag.
