When making a shot in basketball, you need to follow-through. When swinging a golf club or a tennis racket, you need to follow-through. When throwing a football or bowling, you need to follow-though. I suppose youre seeing a pattern here.
But its not just in sports. The same principle of following-through applies in just about everything in your liferelationships, education, business, health, decision making, raising children, and the list goes on. Come to think of it, following-through is one of lifes most important principles, and one that every person should live by if he/she wants to succeed in the things he/she does.
Yes, having the self discipline to follow through on ones goals and expectations increases ones chance of attaining a positive outcome. To use an analogy, you cant expect a seed to grow into a tree and bear you flowers and fruits if you dont care for it.
The same applies to muscle building. Contrary to what some people are trying to make you believe, there is no such thing as a wonder pill or a magic program that will get you all bulked up and ripped overnight and keep you that way for the rest of your life. The closest thing would be growth hormones whichI suppose you know this alreadyillegal (when used without the involvement of a licensed medical practitioner) and could pose serious problems/effects to your health and body.
The key to success in muscle building is no secret. Fact is, its so obvious, so unassuming, even laborious that some people think that there are probably better ways of doing things. But really, there is nothing better than having the discipline to follow-through with what youre doing, making sure you do what you should be doing in achieving your goals.
Muscle building is a long term commitment. You can't expect your muscles to grow and stay big if you'll just go to the gym and train for only a few months. You can't expect your muscles to stay in shape if you'll watch your diet for only a few months and go back to eating unhealthy foods later on. You can't expect your muscles to keep looking good if you'll just leave it all after seeing some improvements.
If you want to build your muscle and make them stay big and swollen for a long time, youve got to workout, take supplements, eat the right food, and live a healthy lifestyle for as long as you can. Follow-through, my friend.Learn The
