Ironically any business will prosper more in the end by doing the right things up front. And doing nothing about a customer complaint will ultimately cost them.

As you may know negative word of mouth advertising is the most powerful form of advertising and repeat business is worth its weight in gold. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how businesses should treat their customers.
