Most overweight or obese people would secretly love to get rid of some weight, if only there was an easy way to do it. They think in terms of restrictive dieting where they can no longer eat the foods they love and they are perpetually hungry.

It is the thought of this pain and deprivation that is the main thing that puts people off from embarking on a weight loss program. And who can blame them? Who would want go through that agony?

If you do this diligently, sooner or later the switch will click in your subconscious and then the weight will fall off seemingly by itself, with hardly any will power on your part. You will find that your appetite drops dramatically, yet you won't be hungry. You will never think 'I would rather be eating that while reluctantly shoveling this down'.
