In the case of attacks of panic, people usually feel sharp chest pains that get worse with heavy breathing. Hyperventilation is common for these attacks so people need to learn how to breathe slowly. There are occasions where vomiting may occur, but it is more common that nausea is a feeling that is accompanied by these attacks.

It is important that you are able to remember these panic disorder symptoms in mind all the time. You will never know when it may come and it is best that you are prepared to differentiate the two kinds of attacks. To be safe, it is best that you are able to see a doctor just to be sure that whatever you are experiencing isnt fatal.
