Who makes the asthma action plan for you? Well, you typically need to diagnosis of your doctor to know practically what you have to be prepared for. Some people might be suffering not only from asthma but from all the other complications that it might bring so it is best to talk to your doctor in making the action plan. More than that, your doctor can also give you precise prescriptive medications that you could take in case the attack gets worse. The list should include the types of medications as well as the frequency of its intakes. The action plan should also include a list of the things that you may be allergic to. This is to help you remind yourself that you need to stay away from these foods, drinks and all the others that could trigger your asthma because if you don't, you can die.

You do not need to put yourself at risk, develop an asthma action plan that could help you deal with asthma and perhaps not suffer from any of its adverse effects on the body. There might not be any cure for asthma but living a healthier lifestyle could help you forget that you even have it.
