Unfried Chicken Fried Rice

I know a lot of you guys love Asian food, I love Asian fusion food and here at Smart Minute Meals we're going to make you what I call an unfried chicken fried rice. That's right, it's not fried at all, super super wholesome for you, really great for you but tastes just as good. First of all we're going to take a simple mixing bowl, we're going to take some of our organic brown rice, our signature side of organic brown rice. We're going to pop that in a bowl nice and hot, that is a little bit hot.

Then what I'm going to do is I'm going to take some hot of our California blend where I've just put a little vegetables and I've diced them up to give it some nice color right there, OK. Then I'm also going to take a little bit of green beans, Smart cooking green beans, I'm going to dice them fine to give it a green, little bit of blend. Look at that, look how awesome that looks. Now I don't know about you guys but I love that egg in the fried rice. Have you ever seen that how they scramble that egg up?

Well what I'm going to do, now this is actually a meal for two, I'm using a whole brown rice and I'm also using a whole chicken breast and I'm also going to use a whole garden vegetable. I love this for breakfast, these are our garden vegetable egg white, but I'm just going to dice it up real fine, a little cubes, and I'm also going to dice our chicken the same way in cubes. And there we go, we're going to take that and simply just put it in a bowl.

OK we're going to toss it around a little bit, doesn't that look absolutely delicious. And there you go, I'm going to put a little scallions, I love scallions, give it a little kick. So there is our unfried chicken fried rice, it's absolutely delicious. Now you can put some soy sauce in there, whatever you want, but let me tell you what really goes great in here. What really goes great is our zesty mango and green apple sauce. So you can just put a drizzle in there and it's absolutely delicious. You know what else is phenomenal? If you really really like our agave tequila dijon, a little pop of that to really really give it a pop.

But you know what I'm going to use? I'm going to use our signature Thai ginger vinaigrette. Let me tell you ginger is so incredibly healthy for you. This has such a great kick, this sauce. It's got an Asian fusion, you could just put it on chicken, you could put it on fish, you could put it on anything. And here's simply what I'm going to do is put two tablespoons, I'm going to mix it up right there. See how we're blending that up, don't worry it doesn't have to all go in the bowl. And we're going to blend that up and look at that, that's actually a meal for two.
So what we're going to do is grab two plates, put it right there, get myself a spoon and there we go, unfried rice packed with the perfect blend of organic brown rice, antibiotic free, hormone free vegetarian chicken and vegetables kicked up with our signature Thai ginger sauce, absolutely phenomenal, delicious and nutritious and ready in minutes.
