Now let's just say you're entertaining, let's say you have one, two, three or four guests over at your house. I'm going to show you how to do three meals simply at one time and most of the times you have everybody eat everything but you know what? With Smart Minute Meals you can literally serve better than a restaurant, quicker than a restaurant because we've done all the prep work for you.

So what we're going to do is we're going to take our natural chicken sausage and we're just going to slice it down the middle right there. I've thawed it out and we're slicing it down the middle. Then we're going to put our sauté pan on high heat and then we're just going to place our sausage facedown because I love the grilled sausage. At the same time I've already prepared our Southwestern style cod. We're going to take a bed of our organic brown rice and just literally--it's a little hot, you have to be careful with that--and lay the Southwestern cod, oh that looks so delicious, I would love to eat that right now.

We're going to do some fresh vegetables on here, we're going to do a cauliflower broccoli melange if you will. OK, whew, look at that, that looks great, I can smell that already. OK we're just going to flip that, remember these are already cooked so really all you need to do is grill them but I want to--oh, look at that, I want to get that nice grill mark on there, look at that, just absolutely delicious. Check that out, I love it.

OK so back to our Southwestern style cod, we're going to put the broccoli in there, OK. What a healthy, healthy looking dish. And then you can put any sauce that you like but I got to tell you tonight we're going to eat fresh and natural, we're not going to put any sauce on that at all. We're just going to eat it just like it is, so there you go, Southwestern style cod with broccoli and cauliflower on a bed or organic brown rice. You can put any sauce that you want but we're just going to eat nice and light tonight and eat it just the way it is.
Alright now here we go, there's our sausage as well, they look absolutely outstanding. What we're going to do next is we're going to take this sausage and then we're going to take some quinoa this time and do a little quinoa.

OK, we're going to take the rest of our broccoli and cauliflower and arrange that on the plate like so. Then we're going to take our sausage, our grilled sausage, and just roll it right on the plate. Guess what? You can put any kind of topping that you want on this or Smart sauce is great, our cacciatore is great, or you can just eat it just like it is. Look at that, all natural, healthy and delicious.
