How To Cook Quinoa Chicken

Quinoa Chicken

Now I want to talk about our new organic quinoa. Quinoa is one of the most whole foods the world has ever seen, really really beneficial for you, six grams of protein and it's absolutely delicious as a wholegrain so you can eat it on the side with any of the great meals. I actually like to do one of our all natural burgers OK and eat it with some quinoa, I put one of our signature sauces, one night I'll put a tequila agave dijon, the next night a little kiss of salsa with a little bit of cheese, the next night I'll put a zesty mango and green apple with a little diced green apples actually on my burger. Also our kickin' chunks, they're so--kids love them but I got to tell you, grownups love them too because they actually are whole muscle meat, antibiotic free, hormone free, all natural fed vegetarian diets and they are just absolutely delicious. You can put them with every one of our dipping sauces just to have a great snack or actually a full meal and you add any vegetable you want or add any grain.

But I want to talk about quinoa real quick because I want to talk about breakfast. First of all our breakfast is outstanding, you can have one of our chocolate vanilla, chocolate or vanilla replena shakes as a breakfast option. You can have any one of our egg white omelets, our cheese egg white omelet, our garden vegetable egg white omelet, or our plain egg white omelet with turkey sausage or whatever you like for breakfast.

But I got to tell you quinoa is a really really great breakfast food, get a look at that, it's so delicious, packed with nutrients, all nine essential amino acids. You know what I love to do with it? I'll show you what I love to do with it. I love to just mix it up for breakfast. When you can eat it just like it is you can put a little bit of natural butter or whatever you like but you know what I like? I like to put some fruit and nuts in there, check that out, that is some dried cranberries, dried cherries, dried blue and blackberries, just in the quinoa. I'm going to take some nuts and I'm going to crush them up. I'm going to use walnuts right here, you can use almonds or macadamia nuts, whatever you like and check that out, how simple that is, right there is a delicious and nutritious breakfast nice and piping hot. Quinoa is awesome.

Now you can also use quinoa as a side dish. What I'm going to make right now is I'm going to make a quinoa chicken with a zesty mango sauce. So look at that, see how I did that? You got some nuts, you got some dried fruit in our quinoa. I'm going to take about a half a serving, this will be enough to make two servings. Then I'm going to take our chicken chunks and lay them right around the plates, whoo they're a little hot. OK, and there we go, chicken quinoa.

Now you can also take your vegetables and now I'm going to take some fresh broccoli and I'm going to lay my broccoli in between to make a nice little food display right there. You know prepare this for your family, they're going to think you're a gourmet chef. And just check out how simple that is and how simple that looks right there to put together. There you go, now I'm just going to take some of our zesty mango and green apple, our sweet kissed with a little habaneras and just a little drizzle all over the plate for some really sweet heat. You could also use any one of our other signature sauces, whichever one you like. There you go, quinoa chicken with steamed broccoli. Isn't that awesome?
