They are used for internet streaming and high tech mobiles.

1.Download or purchase a software that will enable you to convert the Mp4 date to Mp3.
2.The next step would be to install the software, and run it in your computer. After the set up is complete, you need to restart the computer.
3.Open the software and follow the provided directions.
4.You can choose a conversion rate as well. Usually the options will be provided in the software itself.
5.You will get a pop up, informing you the stage of the process; it will also inform you after the conversions are complete.
6.After the conversion is over, all you need to do is save it.

Here is how you can convert the same using iTunes

1.Open the application and the song you need to convert.
2.Open iTunes preferences : Choose Edit : Preferences.
3.For Mac : iTunes : Preferences.
4.Next click on Import Settings.
5.Set the quality to high and click on OK, and save the settings.
6.Then from the advanced menu, click on : Convert Selection to MPv3.
7.The conversion would have started by now, after it ends save the song in a separate folder, if you wish.
