Know what the biggest reason for failure to build your online MLM business is?

To much training.

MLSP, Magnetic Sponsoring and all of us bloggers are making it impossibly difficult for the new guy to even have a shot at creating an online MLM business. We simply just to have much training available.

Think about it for a minute.

Whats the one thing that ensures success, in anything?

Concentrated burning passion. Makes sense right?

You have to know what you want, you must NEED it down to your very core and you really need to be 100% focused and driven in your quest to achieve it. Am I correct?

So what do we do? MLSP, MS?

We drop it all on the new guy.

Do you have any clue how hard it is to totally focus when you have this multitude of training resources around you? Think about it. You are brand new to this industry, you just become member and you are motivated as hell, ready to tear it up! Ready to get your MLM online business of the launch pad, ready to blast out of orbit!

Now, you know that you are going to have to learn some new skills, so you set out to search for some education that actually makes sense. I mean youve seen all hypey nonsense by this time and even though you may not know exactly what you are looking for yet, you know there has to be some superior stuff out there for building your online MLM business.

Then maybe you wander across something like MLSP, or maybe your upline presents it to you.

Holy crap youve hit the jackpot|! Exact, detailed training build right into the system! So they say to select one strategy, master it and then move onto anotherwhat to choose what to choose.

I article marketing looks cool! Yeah I think Ill do that for a whioh look, Facebook training! Yeah, arent there like 500,000 people on facebook?! Excellent! This is jushey twitter training! I wonder what this forum marketing stuff is all about? Then again Ive been hearing really excellent things about PPC!

How on earth can you concentrate in those surroundings?

This is where almost all online MLM businesses go down in flames. Its just to much at one time.

Dont get me wrong, I use MLSP and I really like it, but I have to admit, it was a bit too much to handle at first. I couldnt focus on one thing to save my life! Things like MLSP and Magnetic Sponsoring are awesome tools and training resources and I truly recommend them, just not not right away. Save them for a little farther down the road. Right now they really dont matter.

Right now your new team member needs a simple, fundamental step by step action plan for creating his online MLM business that doesnt require him to understand marketing strategy, or sales funnels. It doesnt require a website and it does not require more than an hour or two per day. It should also be something that will show clear cut results, as they follow the action plan to building their online MLM business.

So what would this appear like?

Well the 1st step, you need prospects, right? you have to have someone to talk to. Of course.

Step two, is you need to have them view a presentation of some sort.

Three you sign them up, and four they duplicate.

Make sense so far?

Ok stay with me.

Lets turn this into an action plan.
