Other advantages of strengthening the abdominal muscles are easy and comfortable pace, muscles become elongated and agile, and smooth and effortless breathing. Our body can be likened to a machine. When a single part is not working well, the other parts will follow suit due to the irregularity of one part.

A lot of mechanical low back pain is caused by frail abdominal muscles and taut leg muscles. Stretching the leg muscles and building up the abdominal muscles will prevent the reoccurrence of low back pain. Therefore, make stretching and abdominal strengthening a part of your exercise routine. This will definitely help you to build a strong back.
