How to Be Beautiful

It isn't in the skin, the face or the body that makes a person's heart melt. Although physicality can drive one into madness, it does not stand the test of time. If one becomes dependent on their physicality when it is abundant in youth. The self will not ferment with wisdom but rather acquire a brash sense of entitlement.

Physical beauty is primarily based on aspect ratios, symmetry, and associations. Our physical associations are often perpetuated through media but are also heavily influenced through personal life experiences. Infatuation perpetuates the delusional mind every step through a maze. It will only find the truth there waiting to enslave the reactive mind.

True beauty will out-sell any pageant queen. The curse of physical beauty is in being bought and sold at auction by the highest bidder. This bidder often times paying large sums of cash to have a delusional ego fed at all times. A charlatan enslaving physical beauty as a symbol of status and letting it fall away as depreciation sets in.

What we truly find beautiful is often portrayed in literature, the primary component being kindness and sacrifice. It wasn't Snow White's cartoon body and face that made millions anticipate her triumph at the end of the story. Nor was it the symmetry of Cinderella's animated brow. Many times the hero is masked in order to display the otherwise hidden altruistic truth within.

Nobody records into history the symmetry of a face. Nature on it's own displays physicality's expendability through the aging process.

If you want to be beautiful you must condition yourself to sacrifice without the expectation of reward. Don't behave like an animal that performs tricks for treats. One can rarely observe his/her own poor acting skills.

If you practice sacrifice without the expectation of reward, it will become part of your nature. This is a very difficult path. You can't command the rewards from true beauty. The rewards are often times shared rather than hoarded.

Practice compassion and someone might catch you by accident when you least expect it. Don't be caught as the good-deed-doer, others will know you are looking for a trade.
