When it comes to internet marketing it is easy to suffer from information overload and guru overwhelm. Guru overwhelm is a new term that has come about recently because there are so many internet gurus out there spouting about the right way to make money online. All these experts have different opinions and methods and sell their courses to you saying they know the best and most profitable online business model. The problem is that most of these online courses then just sit on a shelf in your living room, never getting used.

It is possible to make money in internet marketing but because of guru overwhelm and too many strategies its easy to get distracted, discourage and ultimately give up. Is guru overwhelm avoidable? Yes. Of course, there are a lot of ways to make money online. But, when you are a newbie getting started, having too much information can be as bad as having not enough!

If you are feeling the pains of guru overwhelm step back, take a deep breath and assess. Think about what attracts you to having a home based business, working online, or internet marketing.
