How To Approach Women And Get More Dates Than You Know What To Do With

Any guy can tell you from first hand experience that approaching a woman can be a nerve wracking event. For some reason, guys are pretty much wired into have a trepidation with approaching some women. For some guys, it's pretty much all women, and for others, it's only the ones that they think are out of their league. If you want to get more dates than you know what to do with, then you need to be able to get over any approach anxiety that you might feel.

Here's how to approach women and get more dates than you know what to do with:

1. Accept that all guys feel the same way on some level.

It should be refreshing to know that even guys who seem like they have no problems at all still have to deal with approach anxiety from time to time. Even that guy you know that gets all of the women, if he were to come across a real model or something would feel a little bit of that approach anxiety. So, just accept that this is natural and it does not make you less of a man or anything like that.

2. Gain as much experience as you can in as short of a time period as possible.

If you want to get over approach anxiety quickly, then you need to gain some experience approaching women. Approach saleswomen, waitresses, cashiers, any woman that you can and you will start to feel a lot more comfortable. Then you can start doing the same thing in clubs, bars, out on the street. And from there, you can work your way up to getting dates and phone numbers.

3. Approach women with the attitude that you do NOT need her approval.

One of the reasons why men become anxious about approaching a woman, is that they are really eager to get her approval. This happens especially when you find a woman to be really attractive. You can take away some of that feeling by adopting the attitude that you do NOT need to have her approval, that it will not shake you one bit.
