These sports make your body to move in short distances. You stretch your muscles that are not normally used.

A weight loss program is a long-term process in which healthy means are adopted and a healthy lifestyle is adopted to stop one from gaining weight. One should also drink lots of water during weight loss program to lose weight effectively. Water is very much required for any weight loss program to work. Remember that in most cases weight loss program is a slow process that requires much patience to achieve. For any weight loss program to be effective there has to be weight loss of three pounds per week.
