Lets take a look at how Nouveau Riche University actually works. Although it is very simple and straight forward, it is hardly common.

This continued teaching me more before I even took my first class. They had me consider these ideas before deciding on a curriculum path:
Do I have capital to purchase with or will I need to identify resources for capital?
What is my purpose behind acquiring real estate?
What are several options to exit out of a property after acquisition?
How can I succeed partnering with other people seeking the same objective?
What is the best way to protect the asset once I own it?
Multi-Family or Single Family investing?


I found out that these are questions most investors never consider the answers to, and then they end up going into a foreclosure or struggling just to hang on to the property they purchased.

Nouveau Riche is designed to benefit common folknormal everyday people like you and I. As we know, most average people do not have massive bank accounts filled with cash waiting to be invested into real estate.

The majority of people attracted to and using the Nouveau Riche system are sick and tired of living paycheck to paycheck or running a business that has been running them. These people are in favor of real estate investing and understand it is one of the top ways to create financial independence and wealth in the United States.
