How Panic Attack Symptoms Can Affect People

When you have panic attack symptoms they can affect every part of your life and body. If you begin to experience or have been having any or all of the following symptoms you should seek the attention of a physician as soon as possible.

Palpitation and rapid heart beat can have other causes as well a sweating. But if you combined these with some of the other ones they can be discomforting to the sufferer.

Shaking can be visible at times while other times it just feels like your insides are vibrating. This can interfere with your daily life if you are shaking enough to have to stop everything your doing and wait until it passes.

You can get a choking sensations or what feels like a lump in your throat. This can be a very uncomfortable feeling that some people have a lot of trouble coping with.

It is very unsettling when you feel like you are smothering or you just can not catch your breath. If you can not get enough air then you can get scared and induce a full blown panic attack from just this one symptom.

Chest pain can be one of the most physically discomforting symptom. It can feel like you have a weight on your chest or in worst cases it feels as if there is a knife stabbing you over and over.

Usually when you experience one of the following you end up feeling them all. Stomach pain, nausea, indigestion and bloating complaints go hand and hand but there are times you may only get one of them. It is the same way with feeling light headed and being dizzy sometimes they are so bad that you must get off your feet before you actually fall down.

De-realization is a condition where you feel very dreamy while depersonalization is where you feel outside of yourself and fear losing control or going crazy. All are symptoms that can mess with the person affected causing confusion and uneasiness in there daily life.

You know that feeling you get when you foot or hand falls asleep well that's actually called parenthesis. It can affect a persons whole body, their face or extremities at anytime .

These are not the only panic attack symptoms that a person can have but most of them. Watch for the symptoms so that you can make sure to get to a doctor if you think you are having a panic attack.
