Mobile marketing is a sure fire way of getting targeted customers, and by sending out text messages to your customers, you are delivering a service straight to their door.

Now obviously you will need people to subscribe, but again this in itself is not something which should put you off.

2. This offer can appear on your website, or can appear in an online advert, or even through an email.
3. Make sure that you include a catchy slogan or text message - explaining exactly what the benefits of mobile marketing are.
4. Do not send out messages via text - which are not helpful or relevant to your customers needs.
5. An example of a good text message would be something like - "20% off all our Men's Double Cuff Shirts, when you send this text message to a family member or friend (offer applies when they subscribe)".

Another great idea which can be used for mobile marketing and which is really taking off in a big way - is to send out bar code messages via text.

What happens here is that your customer receives a bar code - which states that a certain discount will be applied, let us say within 7 days.

The customer arrives at your shop and picks a product that he or she wants, gives the code to the teller, and the respective discount is applied.

I am sure that you can begin to realise exactly how powerful, mobile marketing can be, if handled correctly.
