How I Caught An Employee Who Was Stealing From Me With A Nokia Spy Phone..

Owning your own business can be a worthwhile experience, take it from me. Starting a small business was a desire of mine from my childhood. I finally saw this dream realized after many years of hard work and grit. Taking out loans, hiring employees, finding a suitable product to sell and a place to do business in was only the start to this adventure. Many more ups and downs were waiting to spring up. Little did I know one of the greatest I would face was from the inside.!

Stock takes are a standard procedure for every business. Mine was taken every other week. It was a simple method of just counting the stock in which you own and comparing them to your record sheets. Every other week it would take me about an hour to do until suddenly one week my stock did not match my data. This had never come up before. They would sometimes be a little down but not this much. I recounted just to make sure I was not mistaken and I was not, they were down by a lot!

I never expected anyone within my business would rob from me. After all I had employed each and every one of them. I trusted them with my livelihood. They all seemed so nice and down to earth, but apparently not. I know for a fact that I was not misguided with my figures but how would I be able to prove it??
